“The family” is where a child will experience many firsts. These experiences are the building blocks that shape a child’s heart, develop a child’s values, and establish a child’s mindset. Many at-risk youth are raised in families that are victim to a cyclical tradition of poor values, lack of knowledge/education, and fractured family structures. LIME Light acknowledges family as the single most important organization to the prosperity of humans and communities, making family a prominent pillar to build awareness on. On the other hand, we encourage those with a thriving and healthy family upbringing to share that love with others.
By building awareness on the significance of family, LIME Light hopes to aid in shattering the cycle of fractured families and create young leaders who will one day lead a family of their own with an equipped arsenal of knowledge.
